Our Client chose to outsource this business function in order to benefit from our global footprint, ability to manage vendor services, manage and deliver courses at required locations and offer a flexible and effective design and development service with resources optimised to meet a variable level of demand. 

Our Client was also looking to benefit from cost savings created from efficiencies in our operation and the use of off-shore resource at lower scale rates and the channel shift of learning delivery to make greater use of virtual delivery methodologies where appropriate to project and learner needs.

At contract instigation we created our programme office, transformation and transition teams. 

Detailed process flows were defined for all areas of activities; existing standards reviewed and design guides and project management procedures defined. 

Design and development services included consultancy, diagnostics and analysis, design and development, translation and course maintenance encompassing the full range of delivery channels, Instructor Led Training, either classroom based or virtual, job aids, FAQs, learner guides and a range of e-learning interventions including system simulation, game based learning and mobile learning.

On project completion a Level 3 evaluation survey was sent to all stakeholders, scored responses were collated and a project close-out report issued with any lessons learnt and suggestions for future enhancement.

A large proportion of the material was translated to meet their global needs. 

The contract has been running since 2013 and monthly and quarterly management information detailing project performance and adherence with the SLA’s and the KPI’s is produced.

Annual reports are also provided that detail the identified costs savings attributable to the contract.
