Creating a pipeline of leaders that have the knowledge, skills and capability to adapt to todays organisational challenges is critical for success.
Our New and Emerging Leader apprenticeship programme is designed to develop leaders that are ready for today, with an eye on the future. Over a 14 month period learners will grow their leadership skills and be able to add value to the organisation, through a blended learning journey with digital at its heart.

Our action led programme, underpinned with sound theory and experiential opportunities, coupled with support from faculty and peers equips leaders to lead, and gives organisations a pipeline of talent.
