As we are in the “delay” phase with regards to Covid-19, many of us are making plans to move to a remote method of working.
At GP Strategies Assessment Services we offer a remote solution for your end point assessments. We are working closely with our providers and employers to offer a seamless approach during the difficult months ahead.
We are also working with the External Quality Assurance Providers and the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education ensuring all our assessments meet the quality framework and are still in line with the assessment plans.
We specialise in Adult Care and Management Standards and are on hand to offer advice and guidance to anyone concerned about their apprentice’s end point assessments taking place.
End Point Assessment is the main method of assessment at the end of an apprenticeship, which apprentices must go through to demonstrate that they can do the job they have been training for.
Every Apprenticeship Standard must have an End Point Assessment that is carried out by an independent assessor approved by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. This must be a different organisation to the one delivering the apprenticeship programme but still needs to have relevant occupational experience so that they can provide industry specific assessments.
